  • Flexible Completion Terms.  Our average completion terms are 4 to 6 weeks, which we know is particularly FAST!  However, we know firsthand that moving home is a very stressful time for anyone, and we are more than happy to set a completion date to suit your requirements.

  • Private and Confidential Sale.  Your friends, family or neighbours do not have to know that you have sold your home if you don't want them to.  Any dealings with us are private and confidential, and you don't even have to have a SOLD sign outside your home either!

  • Solicitors Fees Paid.  If you use one of our recommended solicitors then we will pay your legal fees.  Saving you even more money for selling your home to us.

  • No Hidden Fees.  There are absolutely no hidden fees for selling your home to us.  There's no commission to pay to anybody for selling your home, we pay your legal fees (if you use one of our recommended solicitors), and we pay the survey fee.  Even better still is that there is NO obligation to deal with us at all.

  • Up to Full Market Value Paid For Your Home.  If you are willing to be flexible on the terms of the sale of your home then in some circumstances we will pay up to full market value for your home.

  • Experience in Buying/Selling Homes.  We can talk you through the process involved.  We also keep you informed regularly throughout the sale so you know exactly what is happening.

  • Dedicated Team.  We have a dedicated team of professionals that work together everyday and know what needs doing to help you through the sale.  They will be available to you whenever you need them throughout the sale process.
